What is your refund and return policy?
The provision of goods and services by Pepper Plum Designs is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Pepper Plum Designs will refund the client in full within 14 days. PLEASE NOTE that cancellation of orders by the client will attract an administration fee of 10% of the total ordered.
There are no refunds for products purchased although exchanges can be done within 14 days (if postage required, it is at the purchaser’s expense).
Pepper Plum Designs takes every care to package products so as to avoid breakage and cannot be held solely responsible for products being damaged in transit.
